Jennifer is a seasoned family law paralegal having started in 2010. She has MnCP credentials and participates in the Legal Paraprofessional Pilot Program. She has had the pleasure and benefit of working with some of family law's finest. She has honed her expertise to the areas of family law, complemented by adoption, civil litigation, estate planning, probate and a splash of business law. Her skill set goes far beyond just filling in a form, taking motions and affidavits from start to finish by working with the party directly and supplying quality work product to the supervising attorney.
Jennifer provides professional paralegal support in both District and Appellate Court matters. Her unsurpassed resourcefulness and determination drives her ability to accomplish just about any task. With a strong to desire to get the job done and to learn, she welcomes challenges as an opportunity for growth.
Jennifer also owns and operates Affirmative Dispute Resolution Services. As a Rule 114 Neutral, Jennifer enjoys helping families move past their conflict by providing affordable mediation, Parenting Consultant and Parenting Time Expeditor services.
Jennifer stays up to date on current happenings in her role as a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Family Law and ADR Sections. She has participated in Wills for Heroes, which she found very gratifying, and in Ramsey's County's Volunteer Mediation Program, when she has the time.
